Final report of monitoring of rehabilitation of cervical spine functional disorders in medication coverage with the help of Traumaplant in Bratislava and Bojnice

Východiská: Autori v minulých dvoch rokoch priebežne informovali na odborných seminároch o plánovanom, resp. realizovanom sledovaní porovnávacej štúdie urobenej v spolupráci dvoch v nadpise uvádzaných pracovísk. Ide o terapeutické možnosti pri funkčných poruchách krčnej chrbtice - teda jedného z najčastejších ochorení, s ktorými sa pacienti dostavujú do rehabilitačných ambulancií a do kúpeľných zariadení. 
Materiál a metodika: Keiže pacienti, ktorí prichádzajú do bežnej rehabilitačnej ambulancie, sú predsa len trochu iní ako pacienti v kúpeľoch, rozhodli sa autori štúdiu realizovať na dvoch pracoviskách. V ambulantných pomeroch do projektu zobrali 50 pacientov a v kúpeľoch 300 pacientov. V tejto práci sú prezentované výsledky realizované v rámci rehabilitačného štúdia Revitalis a Liečebných kúpeľov Bojnice.
Výsledky: Rehabilitácia vo farmakoterapeutickej clone za pomoci masti Traumaplant sa ukázala ako efektívna na uvoľnenie skrátených svalov a na zlepšenie posunovateľnosti fascií.

SUMMARY
Basis: Authors in the last two years have been continuously informing in specialised seminars about planned or carried out monitoring of comparative study performed in cooperation if two workplaces stated in the title. The monitoring concerns the therapeutic possibilities in cervical spine functional disorders - one of the most common disorders among patients who enter rehabilitation workplace or spa. 
Material and methods: Since the patients, who enter ambulatory rehabilitation workplaces differ a little bit from the patients at spa, the authors decided to carry out the study in two workplaces. 50 patients were included into project in ambulatory workplaces and 300 patients at spa. In this work are presented the results obtained in the rehabilitation studio Revitalis and at the therapeutic spa Bojnice. 
Results: Rehabilitation in medication coverage with the help of Traumaplant proved to be effective for release of shortened muscles and for improvement of fascia movement.
