SUMMARY
Generally, the gut microbiota plays an important role in the development of imunne system, nervous system, growth and child’s health. Changes in the composition of microbiota are a crucial factor in the development of various chronic diseases such as asthma and an inflammatory bowel disease. In our review article, we discuss a possible relationship between the gut microbiota and urinary tract infections in pediatric patients and we offer the most topical research findings.
