SUMMARY
The review is focused on the evaluation of the results referring to the all-inside ACL reconstruction technique, used in the workplace of the authors in years 2017 - 2019. The evaluation proved that this technique is cosmetically a very useful mini-invasive method with lesser pain in the after-operational stage in contrast with other techniques. Although the number of the patients was lower, the clinical results compared with the world literature data do not differ significantly.
